Ricky Tims' newest fabrics combine with his basic Blended Solids to create this quilt that he aptly named, "Doodle Goose"! Flying Geese units are positioned within a vertical bar-quilt design that is easy to cut and such fun to sew! The Oodles of Doodles striped pattern is used for both sashing between the rows as well as the outer border. The "circles" and "swoops" patterns are used to make many of the "geese". Brightly, colored triangles cut from Ricky's tonal basics simply jump off of the black background.

The 48" x 66" quilt was machine quilted to make quick work of this fabulous project. What a perfect design to use on a wall, porch or even to give to a lucky college student for his/her dorm!
