Little Red Riding Hood. For several years, I’d been collecting fabrics to make a Red Riding Hood quilt. When I got the opportunity to design a fabric collection for Red Rooster, my first thought was of Little Red Riding Hood. At last, I could make my quilt with just the right fabrics!“

Pearl’s first collection for Red Rooster features a wonderful border stripe with a rosy-cheeked Little Red Riding Hood, Grandmother’s cottage and her quilt-covered bed, and of course the Big Bad Wolf himself. A toss of Little Red Riding Hood and a napping cat, a bouquet toss, a little appliqué quilt pattern, a wonderful basket weave, a beige texture, and a mini stripe, dot, and check that are all perfect for both piecing and appliqué complete the collection.
