This charming 50" x 50" quilt features an 8 Pointed star in the center which is pieced from half-square triangle units and avoids the challenge of setting the outer squares and triangles into diamonds. Any 12" (finished) square star block could be substituted in the center, if you prefer. To enlarge the quilt to lap size, simply add an outer border from the crow strip that’s printed with the words Joy, Love, and Peace.
